January 2017, we had a front door and bedroom window installed in our home. From the time we met with the Nortech sales rep (Nancy) who was very polite and knowledgeable, we were very satisfied. The installation went smoothly and we were again very satisfied with the two men who did the installation. Again, they were very polite and when they were done, the clean up was as though they hadn't even been at our home. The quality is great and I would recommend your company to anyone. I just wanted to thank you and your guys for the excellent window installations. Paul is a great salesman and we very much appreciate his effort and going above and beyond our expectations with his assistance in trying to obtain a permit for an enclosure on our boathouse rooftop even though that didn't work out. We also very much appreciate his pointing out problems with the dormers before installing those new windows.
