The crew was very professional and did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned up well, and they were a pleasure to have working around my home.

We recently had a new bay window fitted at the front of our house.

The salesman, Wayne, came up with the suggestion of putting in a "retro-fit" window, which would use the existing frame, be a quicker and easier install, and would be more affordable. It turned out to be a brilliant suggestion!

The cost was right, the install was quick and efficient, and the result is perfect.

Nortech's crew were really great. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently, protected everything with dust sheets, etc., and cleaned up really well. We are completely happy with the whole customer experience, and have no hesitation in recommending Nortech to anyone considering window replacement.

In today's world, it is a pleasure to be able to provide 100% positive feedback on home renovations. It's not always the case, but Nortech exceeded our expectations totally.

January 2017, we had a front door and bedroom window installed in our home. From the time we met with the Nortech sales rep (Nancy) who was very polite and knowledgeable, we were very satisfied. The installation went smoothly and we were again very satisfied with the two men who did the installation. We had our front window and door replaced and I want to thank everyone involved at Nortech from the office staff to the installation crew. What struck me the most was the professional approach from our initial inquiry from selection, to site visit to confirm requirements, the honesty about expected delivery times during the pandemic disruptions made us feel comfortable in our choice. Then came the installation with staff helping us to balance some personal issues with installer availability. I can safely say they are focused on the needs of the customer. Installation of the window and door was like a technical ballet as the extremely skilled installers protected what needed to be protected, removed the old and installed complete with trim. As a person who has managed Property Departments and Condominiums I know good trades when I find them, if you want it done right I highly recommend Nortech.
